Traditional Japanese style housing with stunning gardens, a stream with bamboo forest, Koi pond, and some modern touches for comfort. The owners went above and beyond in every way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. After a week, they began to feel like family. The breakfast and dinners they serve are seared into my brain because they are just so good…and eating while gazing out into the garden was such a zen moment. We’re sure to never forget this stay and I look forward to returning.

The meals were amazing and catered for the fussy eater’s, served by the most caring and lovely staff We were lucky enough to secure the house with the private onsen… it was amazing! With two toilets and a huge bathroom. We had the most amazing meals and the service was Devine 💗

This hotel includes an extensive dinner of many small courses in a private dining room. We were delighted with the extensive and beautiful offerings. We loved the cozy tatami room overlooking the flowing river. While we were out at dinner, our room was magically turned into a warm futons so we could sleep with the sound of the water. The onsen was lovely, with a cooler indoor soaking pool and a downstairs hotter outdoor pool (separated by gender). In the morning, we enjoyed an elaborate Japanese breakfast in a common breakfast room, but well separated from the other guests and beautifully attended by the attentive staff. More than anything, we appreciated how much they went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Two of the three members of our party were not Japanese speaking, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They clearly took the time to translate our menu into English so we could enjoy each course. Truly over and above. Want an uniquely Japanese experience that takes you away from the touristy city centres? This is the place to go.

Ryokan Suzuran Tengachaya se nachází v Osace a nabízí pokoje s klimatizací a s bezplatným Wi-Fi. Matsunomiya Shrine se nachází 700 metrů daleko. We only spent one night here, but it was enough to see that the place is great! It was easy to find it and to check in, as we were arriving pretty late and had to do the self-check in. Everything provided in the room certainly improved our short stay. The beds were comfortable, and we didn’t experience any discomfort at all.

Wafu Ryokan Uehonmachi se nachází ve čtvrti Uehommachi, Tennoji, Southern Osaka v Osace a nabízí pokoje s klimatizací a s TV s plochou obrazovkou. Close to the subway lines. The rooms were big.

Hotel Yu-shu se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Chuo Ward v Osace. Shimoyamatobashi Monument se nachází 200 metrů daleko, Hoan-ji Temple 200 metrů a Nipponbashi Monument 300 metrů. The room was very pretty and the futon comfortable. The bathroom was functionnal and clean. The teapot and boiler were greatly appreciated! Very quiet and great location. I definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed the bath at right temperature (not too hot). Staff was very professional and the facility relaxing.
