The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast and afternoon snacks were very good. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, very close to Universal and several fast food restaurants. The assistant manager (Philipp) was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. Will definitely return on our next trip!
