Both nights we were here we were blessed with spectacular visitations by the Northern Lights. Can’t recommend enough!!!

We had dinner at the hotel, which I super recommend to the ones arriving after 5pm in town, and breakfast was very very good too. It seems you are at someone’s house, not in a hotel. Not to mention. Definitely, the hotel to stay when doing the road ring in Iceland :)

The view of the lake was gorgeous, and the room was very spacious (and we were a group of 3). Staff is friendly and there's a good breakfast service as well. Would definitely recommend and come back!
