The hotel is in a good location, near the metro station, so you can easily get to the city center. The hotel is neat and tidy just like in the pictures. The room was spacious. Check in and Check out are simple and everything can be done independently. The possibility to leave luggage after check-out is excellent.

It was super close to the train station, there’s a supermarket within 2 min walk. The room was comfortable. There were many small things like warm drinks, Polaroid, water bottles and well equipped kitchen that makes the stay extra cozy.

Ruben restaurant had excellent food and service. Breakfast buffet was very good. Bed and room was very comfortable and quiet. Loved the heated towel bar in bathroom. Unique in room coffee maker and carbonated water machine! Happy hour in the bar!

The Folks Hotel Konepaja features a fitness center, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Helsinki. The hotel was close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around. The room was comfortable, very clean, and huge, especially for a solo traveler (or at least compared to what I'm used to in Japan). I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the first morning I arrived because it was before other shops in the area opened. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The staff were the best part by far, though. 10s across the board. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful but one staff in particular went above and beyond to help me (gave perfect directions, helped me download the transport app and tickets, googled things for me, etc.). Would definitely recommend to others or consider staying here again in the future.

We staid in their Rovaniemi hotel and fell in love so decided to book from the same chain in Helsinki and it did not disappoint! Breakfast was delicious, loved the cosy ambience with all the candles. Staff is friendly and the location is just perfect, walking distance from everything.

Although not the most modern of buildings, the staff and facilities more than make up for it. Amazing spa with access straight into the Baltic Sea for a little bit of wild swimming. The staff were all really friendly and happy. They all went out of their way to make our stay really special and couldn’t have been more helpful with everything from the local bus times to hiring the e-bikes. We felt very well looked after.
