Situated 1.8 km from Playa Los Peligros, Hotel Sol Boutique offers 4-star accommodation in Santander and has a garden, a terrace and a bar. Very well located hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 5 minute walk from the restaurants/bars and the seafront. The building itself is spectacular with tons of charm. The internal design is also very nice, combining modern aspects/comforts while leaving some of the original elements (wood doors and stained glass in the 1st floor bar). Each room seems to have an individual style (I was in the Chinoiserie room). In any case, the room I had was a very good size and even had a little winter balcony. Everything was very comfortable and clean. A great find!

This is a lovely hotel near several beaches in the Sardinero neighborhood of Santander. Each room has a theme and ours was Tokyo. It was very comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom. The staff are all very welcoming and gave us good information about restaurants and transportation. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had with so many choices of fresh foods. We liked being in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to some lovely beaches and many restaurants.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here. So, everything I say about Hotel Castillio El Loco and surrounding area may be rose tinted just a little... It is fair to say we had one of the best weeks of our lives here with a sea view from our room that was simply breath taking! The staff were amazing friendly and efficient. The rooms were spotless and well attended. The terrace bar and restaurant are very popular with the locals which in itself is a great recommendation. Its a quirky fun relaxed place. Great for couples in our opinion.. You will over look a wonderful bay and beach on one side and Suances beaches and marina on the other. You are not far from Santander and there are lots of beautiful places to visit but, why bother...
