Les 4 Saisons is a wonderful apartment on a quiet spot in the town of Sarlat - la-Caneda. It is well situated to many of the places we wanted to visit such as the "Beaux Villages" along the Dordogne River. Rocamadour and many chateauxs, gardens and castles. Sarlat's medieval town was wonderful with many places to dine and shop. We especially like having a kitchen for a few days and the ability to wash some clothes. Out host was wonderful and helpful in out navigating of the area.

Wow - this place is fantastic and very highly recommended; spacious, comfortable and with everything we needed for our family stay to explore the area. And it is so very close to town (literally a couple of minutes walk) and yet is peacefully quiet too - in an almost rural setting, with the very welcoming Jo and Steve on hand to help and advise us as required. From the welcoming bottle of wine as we walked in - to the thank you lavender bouquet when we left it was perfect.

Lovely peaceful location, in a beautiful region of France, but also very close to Sarlat. The gite had everything and was perfect for a couple. It was so great to even have our own little fenced-off patio in which we could let our dogs out freely - also the use of the lovely wooded garden which was completely fenced. We'll definitely be back!

The large kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The unit was spacious, stone walls, beams on ceiling and a totally private outdoor space, beautiful views from windows. The grounds are huge and gorgeous! . The (unheated) pool was the perfect temp. Proximity to sites is excellent. The hosts are wonderful! Cannot say enough about our total experience.

I was quite surprised by how much better this place than the listing, which already looks good! It's literally across from the castle of Beynac which is extremely lovely to wake up to every morning. The apartment is spacious and mixes old with modern very well, having everything you might need while also being in a beautiful old building. We travelled with two young kids and they made sure we had everything we needed for them, and there's not so much in the apartment for curious hands to break, which is great. It's also very well set up for extreme heat. The owner is lovely and so are the people working in the shop downstairs. We were afraid parking would be complicated but there's a parking lot right around the corner from the apartment (paid parking). I loved coming home to this place every evening during our holiday and would not hesitate to recommend!

Perfect place! The best hotel we stayed in of all the hotels in the whole world! The hospitality, the welcome, the kindness, the professionalism, the amazing design combined with maximum comfort, a breathtaking view, a perfect breakfast and above all the attitude and kindness of the charming owners!
