Super clean rooms
Staff is right on.
Really comfortable beds
Seaside is a great location to explore the coast. Easy drive to other communities to the south and Seaside has plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops to explore.
Dinner at Ruby’s, a burger type restaurant, was excellent.
The Promenade walk along the ocean was a great place to walk.

The view it’s nice.
The view it’s nice. But the rooms are not what i expected specifically for the pricing. The rooms are small. Smaller than other hotels in seaside.
There are multiple things that need work and maintenance. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the balcony door and net are the hardest things ever to slide open, the pull out bed is unstoppable, the water pressure is weak and the seal from the main door is broken. The beds are comfortable but it seemed as if the didn’t changed our fitted sheet; it smelled weird compared to the other sheets and there were multiple hairs. We were told to come in through the main entrance as well as leave but a guest told us about the side doors from the building. Our requested accommodation were the opposite of what we requested: away from the elevator = put feet away from it & top floor= middle floor.
When asked to move room we were ignored. The dog few rooms dog barked and barked and the. Hall was busy busy that it made it hard to sleep at night or nap during the day. I was very disappointed with the stay. We love going to seaside to distress and it was disappointing to not be able to rest and be woken up early in the morning. We paid less at another hotel with the same view and balcony. I wish they would had shown they actually wanted to help when we asked to move us room the second night. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Seaside during the fall, winter, and spring. It's a quaint, quite, welcoming, small town with great tourist amenities. There are several decent restaurants and lodging options. Everything is just minutes away from the beach. You can't go wrong here. The summer though, it becomes quite crowded and difficult to get through unless on foot, but is no less charming.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries.
Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries. Loved watching the crab boats and sunsets. Seaside Brewery is a great place as is Dundees Donuts (my husband left our credit card there and the owner took the time to find us to give it back...very impressive!)
Seaside was full of tourists, so I was steeling myself for disappointment at the hotel, but it turned out to be very clean, quiet, and in a great location for accessing the beach and beachfront shops and eateries. The room was tastefully appointed and had all expected facilities. As we were leaving, the cleaner came out with my wife's headphones (she had left them in the room), for which we were incredibly grateful. All in all, a very pleasant stay!
The king suite was a huge room and the kitchen was very well appointed. Traveling with our small dog, it sometimes feels as if the property options are a tick below those that are not pet friendly. We do not feel that way about Rivertides.
Loved our river and city view which is a nice consolation for no ocean view.
We have vacationed annually in Seaside for 20+ years. This is our new "go to" place to stay.
Location was great. It is located at the end of the promenade and right on the beach. I preferred the location as it was a bit quieter, but there was still a restaurant or two nearby.
Rooms were clean and decent. The partial ocean view was simply a view from the balcony. I appreciated the bonus basket of towels, bowls and treats for my dog.
The room was very clean and Damon at the front desk was wonderful. He was incredibly nice and full of suggestions on how to maximize our visit to Seaside. The hotel is also a very short walk from the promenade and beach. Will definitely use this hotel again when we visit the Oregon coast.
We chose Seashore because it was on the beach and we were not disappointed. The view, the sound were very good and the Promenade added to our time and experience.
The room was adequate for us since it was just my wife and myself.
The location-right on the beach. Clean, modern inside. The outside make you think that you should have low expectations. But the inside is totally different. And the big window with the ocean view!!! Wow!
Inexpensive beach hotel, good mattress, nice fireplace, screen door with porch. Staff who helped clean our room after it had been missed was very professional and had a good attitude, it was appreciated.
Great location! Right on the promenade and on the beach! Large, clean, cozy room. Breakfast was really good and nice to eat on the outdoor patio watching the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!
Obviously the location. Literally walk out the door and your on the beach. Steps away from dining, shopping and Seaside fun. Parking is amazing and they even have Veterans parking!
Large and comfortable room with amazing view of sea. You really are right on the ocean. Seaside has a nice promenade along the beach into town. This was a long walk but worth doing.
Staff were friendly, the location is amazing and close to the beach, and the free breakfast helped us survive the day on the road. Definately Great value for a seaside hotel!
