*** A cozy and charming retreat in Cannes *** We stayed at Cannes Villa St. Barth from June 8th to June 15th, 2023, for our anniversary trip. This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the city center and the beaches. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a comfortable king-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Villa offered an delicious authentic French breakfast every morning with personal choices, with a variety of freshly backed croissants, local fruits, etc. Although we didn’t use the available spa, we enjoyed the pool, and the outside sitting/bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We had a fantastic time at Villa St. Barth, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming retreat in Cannes. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so special! The older establishment is well-kept. I was warmly welcomed. The private desk in the room , wifi and complimentary fax service were very helpful. I appreciated the assortment of tea and the complimentary services included in the price. The place offers many complimentary amenities, making it a great value overall. However, be aware that food restaurants are limited after 10 pm

Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay. Property is located in a very safe and quite quarter full of lovely little streets and beautiful villas surrounded by palms and many different flowers. It's not busy as the city center so you can relax here a bit after some trips spent in crowded areas. There are at least 3 well equiped shops nearby, the nearest one is only 5 minutes walking. Bus stops are also near, depending on the bus line you want to take, but also few minutes walking. Room and bathroom look like in the photos added here in booking offer, as well the garden, all clean and tidy. There's a lot of space in the wardrobe, we put there 2 big suitcases, many pair of shoes and a lot of our clothes, there still was some space. Bed is big and comfortable. Air condition works perfect which is very important during this type of summer. You can relax in the garden what we also liked a lot about this place. Last but not least, the host is super friendly and helpful! He provided us with many useful information about the city, transportation, some nice events happening now in Cannes. Thanks to him we didn't miss them! Each day he prepared us a delicious French breakfast, including some homemade pastries. We felt really well hosted during all our stay. And I cannot skip the fact that there's a little lovely dog you can pet and play with time to time, what an advantage :) We would for sure come back and recommend this place to our friends.

Most dreamy place right by the water and ten minutes from Cannes. I was very well received and everything was clean and comfortable. The garden is great with a pool area and trees for shade on hot days. Breakfast buffet was great with fresh fruits and breads, cakes, cereal and more.

the location is fantastic and the rooms are very comfortable. the Staff made a discount due to the conditions of the house and the fact that nobody showed up at the check out. they also send people to clean the house on the second day after our complaints.
